A couple of weeks ago I took a trip down to Punta Gorda with TBT reporter Laura Reiley to a USDA slaughterhouse, Three Suns Ranch. There they prepare wild caught feral pigs for consumption. The meat is sold to area restaurants. I tried it, it wasn't half bad.
Three Suns Ranch, owned by Keith Mann, also produces bison.
